Our future
James Maxwell, who founded the charity in 1999, was a visionary and saw the potential value of the Internet. We have continued to grow our online information and community and now we’re ready to take it to the next level. Our plans to launch a helpline and local support groups will mean that we will reach even more women affected by cervical cancer and cervical abnormalities. Our awareness campaigns will ensure that more young women will understand the importance of protecting themselves from this largely preventable disease through vaccination and screening.
