Jo’s Trust welcomes BMA statement on cervical screening in England
Today members of the British Medical Association (BMA) voted for women in England to be screened for cervical cancer from the age of 20, rather than 25.
Robert Music, director of cervical cancer charity Jo’s Trust said, ”This supports our view that women in England should be screened at 20 as already happens in rest of the UK and I hope the government will take on board the views of the BMA.”
