National Patient Safety Agency
The National Patient Safety Agency is interested in hearing from anyone who has a personal story about a blood clot – in the leg or the lungs or a pressure ulcer associated with their cancer or cancer treatment.
They are working on 10 projects aimed at improving patient safety by reducing healthcare associated harm. For their project on reducing blot clots and also preventable pressure ulcers (traditionally called bed sores), they would like to be able to write up a few personal stories and share these with others nationally on their website.
