Hi ladies, I've not posted for a while as life just carries in after treatment.
ive had a few niggles- a bit of an issue now my bladder is the size of a plum- but that's getting a bit better as I've been practicing bladder training and I don't have to go numerous times in the night any longer.
i do have bowel issues on occasion- when I need to go..... well I need to go, pretty quickly and yes, now and again as the radiotherapy not only affects the ladybits, it makes the erm... back passage a little sensitive and I do get a little blood now and again when I go.
whats good to know is it's all pretty normal, but if your worried, speak to your nurse or oncologist.
so, after my 6months appointment in June was over the telephone, I did have a heightened sense of panic today for my 3 year looky and feely at my foof
and all is well!
now I won't be seen for another year
so ladies, as a 2b er , all looks as good as it can be.
and those who are going through it now, talk to each other and support each other- I feel I've been lucky and I did tolerate the treatment well.
good luck and love to you all

Great to hear the success stories a little further down the line. Similiar bowel/bladder/bleeding problems here. Very manageable at the moment, just hoping they improve rather than worsen over time. Thanks for coming back to share.
