Hey lovely,

I’m sorry that you’re going through a terrible time, I didn’t want to read and run.

My cancer journey is only just beginning and every ailment and twinge I go into full on panic mode usually fuelled by google.

I don’t know what has caused your clots to occur but they occur randomly in people without cancer so maybe you just got really unlucky. I hope very much that your PET will bring good news and that you don’t have long to wait.

Much love to you, wishing all the best.

Hi Melissa,

I’m so glad you’re allowed home, there is just no place like home. Hopefully the meds will prevent this from happening again, I’m glad that they are monitoring you and I hope that you are feeling a little bit less panicked about the whole situation.

I do think as women we are just bloody awesome and take a lot of things in our stride. You are an inspiration and a survivor I really hope that everything will be so much better for you here on in.

Thank you for your words of encouragement they mean a lot, it’s always incredibly reassuring to hear from people who have been there.

Much love to you, I hope you have a lovely weekend,
