Blood after bowel movement but I never had radio!

Hi lovely ladies.
So I’m back asking for a little advice/reassurance. I’ve booked in with my GP tomorrow too.
Since last week I’ve had some bright red blood after doing poop sorry tmi! Anything from a couple of dots to a bit more.. hard to guess how much..
Anyway I’m worried obviously. I was diagnosed with stage 1B1 and had trachelectomy in April 2018. No radio or chemo. I’ve never had this before. I had adenocarcinoma and know that’s more prone to skip cell lesions and I’m worried it’s jumped to my bowel.
Prob being stupid and ridiculous - I’ve never wished for piles before but praying it’s piles?! Anyone had similar diagnosis/treatment/symptoms?
Thank you
Sophie xxxx

I have not, but colon cancer is very slow-growing.  Have you been having colonoscopies every 5 years?  If so, you probably don't have anything to worry about.  Since you said the blood is bright red, have you considered it could be hemmoroids?  Not all hemmoroids are painful, btw.  Keep us updated.
