I'm NED currently after 1b1 adenocarcinoma treated with multiple LLETZs and pelvic lymph node removal. I had my 1 year colposcopy a few weeks ago, and they ended up taking a punch biopsy. My smear came back negative and my MRI also shows no signs of cancer.
The letter from my oncologist said "there are some potential really early changes" found on the biopsy. I'm really trying not to think the worst about this (I asked my oncologist a few appointments ago what would happen if I ever had cell changes and he said they would recommend a hysterectomy) but I am scared. The letter explained they will discuss me at their next MDT meeting.
Has anyone else had similar results post treatment? What has the follow up been like? Hope everyone is keeping ok in these difficult times x
