  1. Hi Im querying reoccurrence. I’m 9 years in remission after having radiotherapy, chemo and brachytherapy. I have radiotherapy damage to my bladder and ureter. I have a uteric stent in place. I have recently been having a watery discharge and one tiny blood spotting. I am so frightened as the watery discharge was one of my symptoms when I was first diagnose 9 years ago. I’m on the waiting list to see a bowel specialist due to bowel changes and pain to bowel area. I would appreciate your advice of anyone in similar circumstances and if people think this could be reoccurrence? Many thanks :) xx

I think bleeding must always be viewed with suspicion unless proved otherwise. Have you requested a gynae referral? It's important that you get checked out and more than likely your mind will be put at rest. Don't forget recurrences are still curable!

Good luck,

Karen x

I have a uretic stent have had it in for well over a year now. They are known for causing infections often and they can cause irritation and bleeding so it could be that. But definitely get it checked out x
