Smear Test high risk hpv

Hi, i have been going for regular smear tests since I was about 21 (I'm nearly 28). They have been fine until about 2 years ago I had a result of abnormal cells so I have been going every 6 months for a smear the next results after this were fine, however my results this time around say I have high risk HPV with no changes to the cervix cells. 

im extremely worried and can't stop googling things which I know doesn't help. Every time I have a slight ache or pain in my back or abdomen I'm panicking.
I've to go back in a year to see if the HPV has gone or if there are any changes to the cells. 

Has anyone had a similar result or situation please?
