I feel like I'm going through this alone.
I have a five month old baby and I have been diagnosed with 1b1 cervical cancer .
I will need a radical traclectomy in a few weeks as I really want to preserve my fertility.
I am currently breastfeeding and have been told to stop as I won't be able to care for the baby after .
I have no idea how we will be able to manage the baby care after . My health visitor said to get a child minder but I'm mat leave and not loaded . The whole thing makes me So sad. This year was supposed to be about him
November 2015 abnormal smear followed by colposcopy and loop cone biopsy
December 2015 CC 1b1 diagnosed
February 2016 Radical Trachelectomy
March 2016 told microscopic cancer cells were found in one lymph node - recommended further treatment (chemo/radio)
April 2016 froze 9 embryos. Considering potential surrogacy
June 2016 5 chemo 28 radiotherapy . Not easy esp with a baby who wakes early but im getting better
