Fundraise during Cervical Cancer Prevention Week 2018

Cervical Cancer Prevention Week 2018 takes place Monday 22 - Sunday 28 January. This year's theme is "Reduce your risk". Cervical cancer can be prevented. With your help we can ensure every woman knows how they can reduce their risk of the disease and the steps they can take to look after their health.

Every supporter makes a vital contribution to our work. Your fundraising helps our mission to see cervical cancer prevented and be there for every women affected.

Fundraise at nursery, school or college - Pajama or dress-down day

Sophie heard about Jo's in 2015 when she was diagnosed with cervical abnormalities. The next year she joined our #SmearForSmear campaign and got her son's nursery involed by having a a PJ day! Each child's parent donated £1 for their child to take part.

Sophie: "It was such an easy fundraiser that one, so many supporters could do it no problem at all, it's minimum effort and the kids love dressing up too!"

Fundraise with your sport's club - Charity sport match

Hold a charity football, netball, hockey, rugby or any other sporting charity match with your club or friends. Sheffield Medic s Womens FC chose Jo’s to be their charity of the year and are supporting #CCPW by holding a charity match.

Fundraise at home - Dinner party, afternoon tea or drinks

Banish the January blues without breaking the bank! Why not pick a date during #CCPW for your next catch-up with family or friends. Invite them round for dinner, afternoon tea or drinks and nibbles.

Laura in London recently invited her friends over for dinner and asked her guests to donate £10 to attend. 

Fundraise at work - Bake sale

This January, why not give your colleagues something to smile about and hold a bake sale at the office?
