Gynaecological Cancer Awareness Month

September marks Gynaecological Cancer Awareness Month (GCAM). As the UK's leading cervical cancer charity, we’ll be getting involved to help educate people about cervical cancer; how it can be prevented, the signs and symptoms and support available to women diagnosed.

To find out more about cervical cancer prevention, you can read information on our website about:

Follow us on twitter and instagram to join the conversation!

GCAM is a perfect time to fundraise for Jo’s! There are lots of ways to support our work by getting your school, workplace, local salon and family involved. Why not have a dress down day at work, a doughnut sale at school, a quiz night or take Virtual Steps for Jo's with friends? Your fundraising can make a real difference. Just £21 can fund a call to our free helpline, supporting a caller in a time of need.

If you would like more fundraising ideas or to share how you are getting on send us an email at [email protected].
