Bake it (or fake it) for Jo's this Christmas

Bake it (or fake it) for Jo's this Christmas

Get into the festive spirit this Christmas and bake it (or fake it...) for Jo's!

Whether it's cakes, sweets or healthy treats, bake a batch of your favourites and organise a bake sale in your workplace, local school, supermarket or business.

The good news is you don't have to be an excellent baker! If baking isn't for you head to your local supermarket to buy some cakes, no one will know...

We want to be there every day of the year for women affected by cervical cancer or cervical abnormalities. With your help, we can make sure that no woman has to face a diagnosis alone.

How to make your bake sale a success:

  • Draw a crowd: Create posters and use social media to tell people about your bake sale. Let them know it's for charity and encourage them to come and visit
  • Encourage contributions: Whether you bake or fake it, friends, family or colleagues may want to dust off their mixing bowls and join in too
  • Create a competition: Whether it's a prize for the best cake or for guessing the number of sweets in a jar, it all adds to your final total

£10
of baked goodies could help provide life-saving information to a woman at risk of cervical cancer.
£21
of scrumptious cakes could fund a call to our Helpline, providing a vital lifeline to a caller in crisis.
£39
of delicious treats could enable one woman to attend an information day, finding friendship, support and solidarity.

If you want to bake it or fake it for Jo's, then let us know! We can send you a free poster to help advertise your sale, a table-top collection box and balloons to help make your sale a success.
