- Louise, Fundraising volunteer
A fundraising volunteer could be asked to help with a range of things, including:
You could get involved with speaking on behalf of the charity, if this is something you are interested in. The Jo’s fundraising team will support you throughout the experience. We also have opportunities to volunteer at events including the London Marathon, Ride the Night and Steps for Jo's.
A volunteer will be the face of the charity during their volunteering experience. So if you’re looking for a new opportunity and would like to become a part of the Jo’s family please get in touch!
Although we work across the UK we are still a relatively small team. We rely on the generosity of donations, grants and gifts in wills to continue our vital work. Becoming a fundraising volunteer means we can support even more heroes raising money and awareness to help us carry on in our mission to see a future where cervical cancer is eliminated. You are helping to ensure we support even more women and their families.
After signing up a member of our fundraising team will be in touch within three working days. If you have any questions about volunteering or what helping at the above opportunities would involve, please email us on [email protected] or call on 020 3832 8000.
