Cervical Screening Awards FAQs

How do I enter?

All entries must be submitted by email using the Cervical Screening Awards application form.

How many categories can I enter?

Submissions can be made under a maximum of 3 categories, where appropriate and applicable. Please ensure you have read the guidelines for each category before submission

How many finalists can there be for each award?

There will be a total of 1 overall winner for each category and 1 runner-up.  The Judging panel may also nominate a project for a special recommendation.

Can you nominate someone anonymously?

Yes.  Projects/campaigns, teams or individuals may be nominated anonymously, however all information required on the application must be submitted.  Finalists will be notified prior to judging date.

Who are the judges?

We are delighted to have the a range of clinicians and experts as this years judges. They will be announced soon.

What happens if I am successful/unsuccessful?

Unsuccessful submissions will notified (by email) within 2 days of the judging date by email.

Successful submissions (both overall winners and runners-up, will be notified (by email) within 2 days of the judging date. 

Winning entries will be notified (by phone where possible) and put in touch with the Communications team at the charity to arrange media and social media announcements. Winners will also be added to the existing Cervical Cancer Awards Case Studies resource, developed by Jo’s Cervical Cancer Trust.
