Trekstock is a charity that supports young adults (25–39) who are living with cancer to thrive through and beyond their diagnosis. They have three pillars of focus under which they have designed programmes to best support the needs of their Network: Unite, inform and thrive.

COPES essex gynae cancer support

The charity ‘COPES’ was set up in 2005 and stands for Cervical, Ovarian, Perineal, Endometrial cancer support. The charity’s main aims’ are patient support, research, education and raising awareness of gynaecological cancers within the Essex area. They run support groups, which are always attended by a qualified nurse and free complimentary therapies are available.
