The charity ‘COPES’ was set up in 2005 and stands for Cervical, Ovarian, Perineal, Endometrial cancer support. The charity’s main aims’ are patient support, research, education and raising awareness of gynaecological cancers within the Essex area. They run support groups, which are always attended by a qualified nurse and free complimentary therapies are available.
