In September 2016 we launched a report and series of films, called cervical cancer stories, looking into the emotional, physical and psychological impact that diagnosis and treatment for cervical cancer can have on women and their partners.
This work was based on in-depth interviews with 35 women who have been diagnosed with cervical cancer in the last two years and some of their partners.
Our aim for this information is to increase the awareness and understanding of the experiences of women going though cervical cancer and to highlight any possible areas where treatment and care would be improved.
Please visit the full cancer stories information page to access the full report, read our list of recommendations from it and watch the seven films.
