Raising awareness in your local community is often one of the best and most effective ways of reaching a high number of people.
Could you help us during CSAW?
Help us raise awareness of cervical screening in your community. Here are some simple ways to help us make an impact include;
- Displaying our posters/leaflets/postcards in GP surgeries, hospitals or your local library
- Distributing our leaflets at your university or college
- Asking if your employer would allow posters to be put up e.g. in women’s toilets
- Sharing Jo’s Cervical Cancer Trust’s Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook CSAW posts with your friends and contacts
- Downloading our CSAW GP surgeries digital poster here and displaying it on your reception screen during the week.
Also, if you’re feeling a little more ambitious, you could:
- Run a stand or table with leaflets at your local hospital
- Organise an event on behalf of Jo’s Cervical Cancer Trust.
- Join us on the Steps for Jo’s 5k and help raise funds and awareness of cervical screening.
Jo’s Cervical Cancer Trust can provide posters and a range of materials to help support your activities. Order information materials online now or download a materials order form.
